Frequently asked questions

+Who can request a CSSP account?

Authorised Health Facility staff (e.g. Facility In-charge, Pharmacist, Dispenser, Records Officer) responsible for orders or approvals.

+What is HF_CODE and where do I find it?

Your Health Facility Code, assigned by NMS / Ministry of Health. If you don't know it, ask your Facility In-charge or District Health Office.

+What is the difference between Preparer and Approver?

Preparers create and track orders. Approvers authorise orders and access delivery information. Approver requests may require an authorisation or appointment letter.

+How long does review take?

CSSP administrators aim to review requests within 3 working days. You will receive an email update at each stage.

+I made a mistake on my submission. What now?

If the admin sends your request back for correction, you'll get an email with details. Otherwise contact CSSP support with your reference number.

+Is my NIN safe?

Yes — NIN values are stored securely and are only visible (masked) to authorised CSSP administrators. They are never shown publicly.
